| I think the way it progresses from single-sided infatuation to actual love is great. Actually, the way their love grows is probably very similar to many real relationships. | |

| I love how Libba Bray made Kartik so.... hot but off-limits. And I noticed how she hardly put any gemma-kartik-lovey-stuff in the first two boooks.. it was mainly Gemma being all "ooh hes so hot I have dreams about him". And then the middle to end of the third book it was like BAM kissing Kartik all the time and what not. | |

| I think that Kartik makes the book have a lighter note half the time. He gives you a laugh and makes your heart beat faster because hes so purely awesome. I think that him and Gemma's love work so well because they are complete opposites. | |
